Quality Leisure Management Ltd (QLM) have been involved with hotels and hotel leisure clubs for over 30 years, providing occupational safety and health support across the business, but primarily supporting  hotels with the operation and management of swimming pools, plant rooms, saunas, steam rooms, fitness facilities and other associated facilities and activities.

QLM have been involved in a number of fatal accident investigations at hotels in recent years and continue to use lessons learnt to support clients.
