Behavioural Safety - A CPD Workshop for Lifeguards
Lifeguards are qualified, but how confident are you that they are focussed and switched on to the critical role of pool safety at all times? After all, a significant number of casualties in swimming pools are reported in difficulty to the lifeguard by a member of public.
QLM have developed a short behavioural workshop for lifeguards that develops awareness of behavioural patterns and the effect on their performance as a lifeguard. The half day workshop is designed to be interactive in order to engage lifeguards in what is typically an area other courses don’t reach.
NEBOSH National General Certificate
NEBOSH National General Certificate qualification gives a good foundation in health and safety for managers, supervisors and staff with health and safety among their day to day responsibilities.
This qualification is widely taken as a first step towards a career in health and safety and is accepted by IOSH – the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health – in meeting the academic requirements for Technical Membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH).
