


Paul is a qualified health and safety consultant covering a range of industries, providing training and advice to serve our clients’ needs and helping them to achieve their objectives.Recent roles include being Interim Head of Safety for the UK’s leading supplier of Green Hydrogen Generation Equipment, ITM-Power. Current roles include guiding major organisations through to gaining and retaining ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. Interim roles have also included Head of Health and Safety for KCM copper mines in Zambia.
Paul is a member of the Institute of Fire Safety Management with a European Diploma in Fire Safety Management and is on the Government’s tiered fire risk assessors register. Fire risk assessments have been conducted for large leisure facilities and complex schools as well as commercial buildings.
As a long term member of the institute of Swimming Pool Engineers and formally ISRM, Paul has advised multiple organisations on the complex interrelationships of pool water, heating, ventilations and water quality standards. He also provided technical advice to the World Health Organisation totheir international leisure groups for swimming pools , gyms and leisure centres during the Covid Outbreak.
Paul has written delivered and assessed training courses on Pool Plant, supervision and management, he also regularly delivers health and safety training for Directors and Senior managers and The NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate.
Paul has a Post Grad diploma Integrated Environmental Management from Bath University and well as a MSc in Health and Safety Management from LoughboroughUniversity, he is a Chartered member of IOSH and a long term Chartered member of IMSPA. Paul is also a First aid at work trainer assessor.
Paul is a volunteer with Natural England as a chainsaw operator and with the World Conkers Championships asHealth Safety and Security for the annual event.
